A radiant smile starts with a comprehensive tooth care routine. Apart from oil-pulling with FRESH tooth oil and teeth-cleaning with FRESH tooth balm, we recommend that you incorporate manadental into your routine as well. It will take not only your oral hygiene to a new level, but also your well-being and your overall oral health.
What is manadental exactly? A tooth brush? A mouth rinse? No!
manadental is a genuine innovation in the area of oral hygiene. It consists of a dental light (the manadental device) and a special cleaning fluid (manadental liquid) specially developed to go with the device. The technology is based on antimicrobial photodynamic therapy which is already being used in many dental practices. Thanks to manadental this method is now also available in your home, allowing you to make comprehensive oral hygiene into part of your routine.
How does manadental work?
The manadental application is a light-activated cleaning. Firstly, you rinse for 2 minutes with the manadental liquid. Unlike conventional mouthwashes, this innovative rinsing solution penetrates deep into harmful bacteria and the biofilm in the mouth. It dyes the bacteria, essential making them visible – not only to the naked eye but, most importantly, to the manadental device – the dental light.
After rinsing, the next step involves a 5-minute irradiation. It is only during this irradiation with the dental light that the liquid’s antibacterial effect is activated. The antibacterial effect can now develop specifically in those areas that have been dyed. In the rest of the mouth, where there is no dye, manadental has a grooming effect and protects the mouth flora. The light penetrates into the mouth’s mucous membrane, thus supporting oral health. In addition, circulation in the mouth is stimulated and gums are permanently strengthened.
After irradiation, you can then oil-pull with FRESH tooth oil and clean your teeth with FRESH tooth balm, as usual. The result? A fresh, clean, smooth and absolutely radiant smile!
How effective is regular manadental use?
Regular use of manadental strengthens your gums in the long term and supports your oral health. We joined forces with Dermatest to take a really close look at the entire manadental application, and conducted a study.
What is Dermatest exactly and how important is the Dermatest 5-star seal of approval?
Dermatest is an independent dermatological institute that tests a vast range of different products so that consumers are ensured the greatest degree of safety when using them. The Dermatest 5-star seal of approval is the highest rating this institute can give. It is only awarded to products whose use has been tested over an extensive period and which have successfully passed comprehensive testing that involves a larger number of test subjects. This is the seal of approval with which our photodynamic oral hygiene has been recognised.
The results are definitely worth seeing!
After a period of only four weeks, a 49.4% reduction in bleeding gums was achieved. And the amount of plaque on teeth was even reduced by 63.8%. In addition, no changes to tooth colour were observed in any of the study participants.* Although the manadental liquid firstly dyes certain parts of the mouth, the dye is not permanent. Once the manadental device and the subsequent tooth care products have been used, teeth once again have their normal colour.
No fewer than 68% per cent of the study participants also believed that their mouths and teeth already felt cleaner after only the first use. Just as many people said that they were able to integrate manadental into their tooth cleaning routine without any problems.*
So what are you waiting for? manadental is just waiting to become part of YOUR tooth care routine as well.
* The study was conducted over a four-week period. 50 participants underwent a dental examination and a dermatological check of their gums and oral mucous membrane at both the beginning and end of the study. The test group used manadental every second day during the study period. The control group did not. The subjective impressions of the test group were also recorded by means of a questionnaire.
